Vibrant, sophisticated, current and inspires confidence
Per your request, this month I added more bold necklaces. Otherwise, we're continuing to build your wardrobe. Merry Christmas!
Let the fun begin! This skirt is actually navy and the print is both current and interesting. Plus, it's still appropriate for work or going out. I especially like that it communicates, "fun" without being too loud. This color combo looks great with cream, white, dark brown or any shade of grey. Try it with a navy sweater and you are elongating your frame. My, isn't she vibrant?
How exciting to discover that this shape pant is working for you. Now let's kick it up a notch and get a red pair:) These can be washed and hung dry which is a big plus in my book. Plus, I know how you love red. They are fun, affordable and will transition easily into spring when open toed shoe season returns. Plus, the belt loops make it easy for you to integrate a belt into the mix without it looking too forced. Try a metallic skinny belt or a grey textured belt to mix things up.
Brass and silver. Rock it. This one is made by American designer Dorothy Cheng and is undoubtedly a statement necklace. I also like it for you because it is really versatile. As long as you aren't putting it over a cowl neck, you are good to go. It's a conversation piece for sure and talking about the fact that it is hand made by an American designer from a boutique in Ballard is a pretty hip conversation. They actually have an incredible jewelry collection in the store that is not online. If you go, let them know I sent you. It's the home of our party in May:)
Are you kidding? Magic. This will coordinate nicely with all of your various black sweaters and tops. I love the idea of it with black knee high or ankle boots and opaque black tights. It's eye-catching and still totally appropriate regarless of activity. Imagine it with a black fitted blazer to take it to the boardroom:) or with a soft silk blouse to make it more elegant. The wrap is flattering on your figure and highlights your waistline, always a good thing. PS- Returns accepted.
The red is great but, I prefer the sapphire blue for you. This wool blend coat is just the right balance of current, sophisticated and flattering. The sapphire brings more color into the mix while still being a super functional coat that pairs nicely with virtually everything. It would be especially lovely with knee high boots or with a pair of cigarette pants. The options are endless.
I've included a few items from J Crew Outlet because right now it is 50% off everything, plus an additional 10% off and free shipping. CODE: 12DAYS.
Easy to coordinate, this necklace is the perfect last addition to any outfit. Enough said.
I love the idea of this to bring some vibrance to an outfit. The blue looks great with virtually any color (remember the sky goes with everything). It can elevate any outfit- from a t-shirt, cardigan and jeans (yes!) to a sheath for work or play. There are several pieces of jewelry at Banana that I like for you. I'd suggest you visit the downtown store rather than ordering online in this case as it sounds like they've had some issues with successfully shipping this piece. (Customers complain it breaks in transit.) Some of my favorite pieces of jewelry come from Banana right after the holidays. So keep your eyes peeled for sales.
Cozy and still polished. What are the chances? This sweater dress is the perfect canvass for bold jewelry. The sleeves allow you to rock it with or without a jacket and the length is crazy flattering. Try it with brown, black or grey boots. I love the idea of this with a bold pump. Perhaps your red pair?
As per usual, just let me know if you have special requests for January. And, we can schedule your outfit photos after the first of the year. Happy Holidays!
