The Western- Inspired Trend is real. I Promise
In my recent post listing 10 2018 Fall Fashion Trends, Western-Inspired fashion made the list. It also gave me a chance to plug one of my favorite bands, the Old 97's and remind me of my deep Alt Country phase. I digress.
If you liked this whole Western fashion idea and were asking for more, this is the post for you. As a personal stylist for women in the Seattle area, I live for this stuff. After all, at Poplin Style, we focus on a woman's personal style, budget and body type to create a strategy to help her look and feel her best each day. Onto Western Wear....
3 Notable Developments Highlighting
Western- Inspired Fashion
1. Frye!
Any chance you have a pair (or more) of Frye boots that you LOVE? I've been in enough closets to know that the brand is beloved. And now, Frye is launching the very first Ready to Wear Line. Run, don't walk to your local Frye store. (We've got one at U Village.)
2. Mother Denim.
Oh, man, do I love a good pair of Mother jeans. This is one of the few brands that have continued to carry 70's inspired flare jeans whether or not that's super trendy. And, the quality is great. This fall Mother launches the Giddy Up Capsule Collection. Enough said.
3. Alexa Chung.
The fashion icon is focusing much of her attention on this trend. Check out her fall collection for more.
And there you have it. Of course, if you want to go deep into Western wear, a pair of Wranglers will last a lifetime.
As always, the most important part of all of this is to be true to your authentic personal style. If this isn't you, then just walk away. Or, better yet, scroll the blog posts by category for fashion tips that speak to you.
