Hello Dear Reader,

We are seeing a fantastic increase in amazing pieces being offered in an extended size range, especially after this latest fashion week. Instead of the usual day to day we are seeing some truly stunning pieces that are edgy, softer, ground breaking and just plain cool popping up around the internet. I've cultivated just a few that I have run across that I just had to share with you.

A Cut Above the Rest

Eloquii has been a solid source of fun and exciting work wear styles since their re-launch, but now they have added to that with the addition of wide width shoes. And they follow in the footsteps of the fun and up to dates looks that their clothing range carries. These amazing raspberry colored over the knee boots are so on trend right now, and offer a look rarely found in wide width and wide calf ranges. A great sturdy boot with a killer sexy heel and a fun color to boot. These over a pair of dark rinse jeans with an over sized sweater make a comfy date night ensemble for fall. And with a flippy fringe dress and tights makes for who heck of a show stopping entrance.

Luella Over-The-Knee-Boot. Eloquii.com. Also comes in Black. $149.90

I've heralded the magic that lives within little brand JIBRI but with a new fall collection launching soon I have to say I am so excited after looking at their amazing lookbook. This jumpsuit is in one of the classic shapes for the brand and it just goes to show the boundary pushing that continues on in JIBRI's styles. There are times when I want my clothes to express some serious joy and playfulness. And we rarely in the plus size clothing world get to play with outlandish shapes. this for me is a mix of fun and edginess with just that, something a little odd, kinda artsy, and just plain funkalicious.

 Midi Sleeve Jumpsuit. JIBRI. $240.00

This party dress caught my eye when I was going on to look at Forever 21 Plus' new range of gym wear and it was such a great shape and so sexy and cool that I just had to share it. I love the contrasting textures and the fabulous affordable price tag! This certainly fits in that 90's throwback we are still feeling, but elevates it to a minimalist cool sphere. This with a faux fur coat and chunky boots would be funky; with a long cardigan and sparkly heels would be the ultimate party outfit...just maybe not for work. Also seriously sultry date night option.

Cutout Layered Cami Dress. Forever 21 Plus. $27.90

This piece caught my eye a while ago when a handful of plus size bloggers started popping up in this amazing number. Since then it has been the top of my wish list. I've even seen this amazing cape dress in a long floor length white (hello dream wedding dress!) But capes are hot right now and understandable so, super flattering, fairly practical.....and you get to have a fashion girl version of a superhero cape! The simplicity of this dress makes it great for power meetings, in-law dinner parties, holiday events and that wedding you forgot you RSVP's for. Throw on a great sparkly necklace of any length, or a simply y-bar necklace and a pair of colored shoes and you are set. You could even do full monochrome with maybe a black suede or velvet heel to play up textures. We are also seeing this cape trend pop up in blazers, offering up a work wear superhero alternative. Check out this amazing striped number by Simply Be that Gabi Gregg styled to perfection!

Adrianna Papell Cape Sheath Dress. Nordstrom. Also comes in Navy. $180.00.

What have you seen lately that totally rocked your world or was super out of left field? I like to make a little list for myself since as we see more and more statement pieces that reflect the ever expanding universe of plus size options I'm actually going to have to narrow down my top choice!

Happy Shopping!
